Mesa Boys Swim team traveled to Rancho Santa Margarita on May 25 for CIF Southern Section D2 Championship. Team members for the CIF team included Junior Jeremiah Castillo, Junior Max Dillon, Junior Eryk Elizondo, Junior Trevor Haskin, Senior Anthony Olson, Sophmore Alex Pena, Junior Justin Schneider,  Freshman Ty Schneider, and Junior Alex Yang.

46 teams represented the division and Mesa placed 2nd in the end; only 4 points behind first place Notra Dame. It literally came down to the last event!

At the end of the meet along with walking away with a second place team finish the team had two individual event Champions

(Justin Schneider in the 50 Free and 500 Free),

2 second place finishes,

6 finishers in the top 8 (medal position),

5 School Records,

2 All-American Consideration cuts,

1 All-American Auto cut.

Mesa attended the annual Elsinore Invite this past Saturday March 7th. Congrats to our Boys on placing first out of eleven teams! The varsity girls placed fifth put of eleven.

Congrats to all of our swimmers for doing a great job at league finals! We wanted to take the time to acknowledge some of our swimmers who not only won their events in league but broke league records as well. Congrats to junior Libby Gilbert for placing first in league in both the women's 100 free and 200 free as well as breaking both the previous league records in those events. Congrats to freshman Max Dillon on placing first in the mens 100 back as well as breaking the league record. Congrats to freshman Justin Schneider on placing first in the mens 200 free and 500 free. Congrats to the mens 200 free relay (Max Dillon, Mitchel Johnson, T. Luyen, Justin Schneider) on placing first in league and breaking the leagues previous record!

If you are a returning athlete you only have to update your information. You must complete this step every year. All previous information expires May 30th. This clears you for all summer camps and the upcoming school year. STEP 2. Print off confirmation page from the athletic clearance STEP 3. Bring athletic clearance paperwork to the Athletic Clearance event June 9th. STEP 4. Complete Physical, Register/Pay CASH ONLY for camp, Meet coaches, Get summer camp gear all at the athletic registration event. Looking forward to meeting all new athletes!

Our 2020 season was canceled due to the COVID pandemic and so we are looking forward to our 2021 season but enjoy the highlights from our 2019 season!
